Got a survey from a product I used for only a short while, 1day?, got me thinking..
The 1st part was more open questions what you like, what you don’t like, actual feedback IMHO.
The 2nd part was very aimed questions, how frequent did this or that happen to you, once a day/month/year/never.
These questions where very aimed at features they have to solve these.. specifically on their higher cost plans..
One due looked a bit out of context, like possibly a feature they were thinking of building.
Then I thought about the survey.
The process of thinking in the process of asking and answering questions.
They were making you think about pain points you might have that they have solutions for.
So I wonder if they weren’t asking for feedback at section 2, just trying to sell/market/up-sell you, pressing the pain is a selling tactic….
So, For you product:
* Make a customer survey.
* Get feedback.
* Keep on selling the product.
